INTRODUCTION
I would like to introduce my self.
My name : HARI WIDI UTOMO
ID Number : M165798
Origin : Indonesia
I am new master students under Kusakabe Tatsuya supervisor. I know sensei because of Dr. Tuswadi who gives me suggestions. The first meeting with Kusakabe sensei, I just introduce my self and research interest. Then, the second meeting when I discussed about subjects that should I take in this semester and asked about who will be my sub advisor. Actually, I am enjoying be one of your master students and also the members in lab. Hopefully, I can increase my self after getting many knowledge and support from sensei and lab’s friends. The next is about my research planning.
Research Interest
Because of my background is Junior High School Teacher so my research interest is Teacher Network entitled “A Study on Teacher Network Formulation in Lower Secondary School in Indonesia: Focused on Banjarnegara Regency of Central Java.”
Reason conducting the research
The question, why I choose this area? Because, as a teacher, I would like to know and review about the current situation of teacher network, investigate the level of operation and effectiveness, and the major issues and needs for improvement by looking at the study on teacher network at Banjarnegara regency. After conducting this research, I will bring the positive things and uniqueness there to my work place in Central Kalimantan.
Research Methodology
This research will apply exploratory mixed methods design (QUAL-Quan Model) where qualitative data is more heavily weighted.
Research Instruments
This research will combine three main sources from questionnaires, interviews, and observations.
Research Respondents
The respondents will be determined using Random Cluster Sampling (single cluster) by considering the large number of population,the geography, and the efficiency of cost and time. The respondents are divided into three groups:

Teachers who become the members of Teachers Network

The heads of Teachers Network at school level, in district level, and in the Regency level

How Teacher Networks were developed in Banjarnegara Regency of Central Java?

Is there any difference or uniqueness of the implementation of Teacher Networks in rural region of Banjarnegara Regency if compared to the common practices in Indonesia in general?

How do the teachers perceive about the roles of Teacher Networks for their professional development?

How do schools promote the active participation of their teachers in the programs of Teacher Networks
